One Month Results After Using the Roca Labs Regimen

I made it through Thanksgiving successfully! Yay! Of course, now I’ve entered full-blown Christmas mode and my kids love it. The tree will be going up tonight!

Last week, I voiced that I was confident about using the Roca Labs regimen during Thanksgiving, and I’m pleased to announce that it was a great success. I hopped on the scale this morning and I weigh 214 lbs! That means that in this first month, I’ve lost a total of 15.2 lbs, which is really awesome. I’m elated to say the least!

Since I have had such good luck with the Roca Labs Gastric Bypass NO Surgery alternative (and I’m full-steam ahead towards my healthy weight goal), I’m going to proceed with the regimen. With these results, I just can’t stop until I go back to my skinny-self. I’ve really enjoyed watching the numbers go down on the scale and exercise has become my go-to stress reliever again.

I’ve even started incorporating my kids into my exercises. For example, I played baseball with my kids yesterday after we ate our Thanksgiving meal and they loved it. Not only was it good exercise for mommy, but it was great bonding time with them.

Thanksgiving is a Week Away, but I’m Confident with the Roca Labs Regimen

happy_thanksgiving_c_09Thanksgiving is one week away, and normally, I would be eating my heart out; I would be eating everything in sight and blaming it all on the pending “holiday season” which is just an excuse that I’ve created for myself to reduce the guilt of consuming more calories than usual.

Anyway, I’m really excited about this holiday season because I’m using the Roca Labs regimen! With it, I’ll be able to control my eating and keep my cravings under control to ensure I get to the healthy weight goal I’m striving for!

My Weight Drop is Right on Track!

Other than overcoming overeating this Thanksgiving, I have even more excellent news: I’ve dropped another 3 lbs! I’ve now lost a total of 12 lbs (I weigh 217.2 lbs) by using the Roca Labs Gastric Bypass NO surgery regimen, and I’m very, very happy with my progress. I’ve even noticed a little more muscle tone on my arms and legs, which means my workouts are also working their magic. It feels so good to be getting back in shape!

Additionally, the depression I had been feeling is fading away, right before my eyes. I’ve noticed that I’m happier and in a better mood ever since I started with the procedure. Even my kids have mentioned that they love seeing me this happy and I would agree. With this more positive attitude, I’m no longer eating to suppress my feelings. I sort of forgot that food is supposed to be fuel, not comfort.

Two Weeks Later: I’m 9 Lbs Lighter!

weight_loss_successIf there any skeptics out there about the Roca Labs regimen, they clearly haven’t tried it! I’ve been taking the formula for just two weeks, and I’ve lost a total of 9 lbs! I know that this may not seem like a lot, but this has been so easy. I haven’t felt like I was on a diet; I just followed some very simple instructions. I now weigh 220.2, down from 229.8 from the first day that I started.

Easy Weight Loss

I mentioned that I found the Roca Labs regimen to be super easy for me, and that alone is motivation enough to stick with it. I knew that between taking care of my kids and working, I needed a no-fuss weight loss solution. I just don’t have the time or energy to count calories or points! With Roca Labs, though, I can take my formula, drink enough water and watch the pounds disappear. I’ll keep saying this: it’s the greatest weight loss method. Like, ever.

I Love Working Out Again!

During the mess that became my life, I had been negligent with my body. For the first time in my life, I turned to food instead of working out, when life got too stressful. But, now that I’ve started working out again, I remembered how much I loved the feeling of exercising.

I’ve been attending a local gym every other day for about 30-45 minute workouts. I do more cardio than anything else, since I love running. However, I’ve made sure to do some strength training every once in a while to make sure that I’m burning fat and not muscle. Plus, to shake things up, I like to sign-up for classes on Saturdays, like, hot yoga or zumba. If I don’t jazz it up a little, then I tend to get bored. Nothing wrong with a little variety, right?

Week One on Roca Labs: Wow, am I Impressed!

The title here doesn’t even do justice to how amazed I am at the Roca Labs regimen. It’s the most unique weight loss solution I have ever tried and even after just one week, I feel better and thinner! Here’s how my week panned out:

Day One

Like I said in my intro, my initial weight before I decided to get healthy again was 245. I had been exercising and watching my diet for a couple of months, but I had only managed to lose about 15 pounds; the day I started the regimen, my scale read 229.8. The first day, after I took my morning dosage, I decided to eat what I normally had for breakfast: a 2-egg Denver omelette with a container of low-calorie yogurt and some decaf coffee to wash it all down. I was amazed at how little I was able to eat! I had about 1/3 of the omelette before I switched over to the yogurt, of which I managed to eat only a spoonful. I couldn’t even touch my coffee, but I felt completely satisfied.

Learning from my breakfast experience, I decided to make lunch rather small. I went with a 1/2 cup of tomato soup and half of a grilled cheese sandwich. I had a few bites left, but that portion was much more manageable for my shrunken stomach.

At dinner, I went with a simple green salad with some grilled chicken on the top for some extra protein. During the day, I made sure to drink all the water that was recommended and I never once felt like mindless snacking. Not even while watching tv, which I did almost exclusively.

Day Five

By the time I reached my fifth day on the Roca Labs regimen, I had a solid rhythm going. I had gotten the hang of portioning out my food, my cravings were gone, and I was even adding in some exercise here and there. I was incredibly tempted to weigh myself, but I waited until the 7th day; I didn’t want to become crazy with the scale.

Day Seven

Okay, so today is my actual 7th day of the Roca Labs regimen. I weighed myself this morning and I’m already down 5 pounds! That puts me at 224.6, and I’m floored with these results. Even after all the research that I had done, I was afraid that I would feel deprived, but I haven’t felt that way at all. I’m full and I don’t think about snacking every hour like I had been. I’m going to keep going and updating everyone on my progress.
